RT Ministry of construction held the second architectural and urban planning conference

RT Ministry of construction held the second architectural and urban planning conference "Architectural bridge Kazan – Yekaterinburg – Moscow. Rental housing. Kazan is a pilot city". The event was organized by the National Agency for architecture and city planning with the support of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, Department of architecture and urban planning of Kazan and representative Offices of the Russian Guild of managers and developers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The conference was opened by first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov.

"The development of rental housing segment gives significant impetus to a more flexible and mobile labor migration, which is one of the most effective mechanisms of support and development of industrial clusters. The availability of rental housing increases the mobility of people who are no longer tied to their mortgage apartments and will not hesitate to go where it needs workers and where pay a good salary. The construction of rental housing creates conditions for attraction of highly qualified specialists in the rapidly developing particularly economic and industrial zones of Tatarstan. All of this makes attracting investors to the region, willing to invest in the development of territories, construction of new facilities" - said Alexey Frolov. At the event a welcome speech was also made by the head of the National Agency for architecture and urban planning (ANO) Elena Kosorenkova and chief architect of Kazan Tatiana Prokofieva.At the end of the conference the participants were awarded nominal certificates.
