Tatarstan comissioned on 1 million 732,7 thousand square meters of housing

In the Republic of Tatarstan, Inspection of state construction supervision and State labour Inspectorate since the beginning of 2016 held 861 check in sphere of labor protection. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection issued 404 regulations for a total amount of 15.6 million rubles.

This was announced today at a Republican meeting at Tatarstan Government House Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin.

The meeting was held in video conference format with all municipal regions of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The meeting was attended by acting Prime Minister Aleksei Pesoshin.

According to the social mortgage program introduced 79 houses with a total area of 181, 9 thousand sq. metres on 3 thousand 154 apartments.

Of the 114 projects under construction programs in high degree of readiness of 90, an average degree of readiness, and 18 objects have a low degree of readiness of 6 objects.

The Republic continues the construction of 24 homes for 157 veterans of the great Patriotic war in the framework of the program of improvement of living conditions of veterans.

In the framework of the implementation of the rights of children-orphans and children left without parental care, in the execution of a prisoner by RT with RT of the state lived Fund contract for the acquisition of property RT 311 residential units for orphans on October 1, the situation is as follows. 20 of premises registered ownership of WGF; 51 premises acquired ownership of RT 50 residential premises provided to orphans under the contract of hiring of specialized housing.

As for providing housing to large families with 5 and more children, 42 certificates issued to large families, October 1, realized 19 certificates.

In addition, 2016, the state provided housing to 81 young family.

On October 1, 2016 in Tatarstan completed 4 national program of construction of social-cultural objects. This, in particular, the programme of construction of rural clubs, a program of modernization of primary medical and sanitary care in the Republic of Tatarstan, construction of district veterinary offices and renovation of the veterinary associations and departments of agriculture, building and construction in municipal areas multipurpose sports fields.
