Concessionaires in housing will be offered a special credit

To attract funding in housing developed a special credit program. Pilot boxed product can be launched before the end of 2016. On behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, the Ministry of construction together with the credit organizations with state participation will explore the possibility of establishing a credit programme for financing the sector of housing and communal services. The first such program can become a special loan was developed by Sberbank of Russia.

"The Ministry of construction of Russia has considered various options to increase the share of borrowed funds allocated for the modernization of housing and communal services. Together with the banking community, a decision was made about the need to create standard loan programmes on the one hand, the specifics of utilities and, on the other giving the lender the ability to quickly and effectively assess risks and adequate cost of the loan. I want to thank my colleagues from the savings Bank of Russia - they have already started to develop such a loan, and in the near future, a relevant program may be offered to the market", - said the Deputy Minister Andrey Chibis.
