Regional centre of public control in the sphere of housing is preparing to publish in 2017 a rating of management companies serving the housing Fund of the Republic. This was announced today at a press conference dedicated to the legal awareness of the population of Tatarstan in the sphere of housing and public self-administration authorities, the Chairman of the Regional centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services RT Michael Zastela.

According to him, many of the problems in the housing sector is currently associated with the "gaps" in the system of licensing of management companies, which in the course of its work in 2013 revealed the center.

"Instead of the previous when unscrupulous management company comes next, along with a desire to make money in the housing Fund it is necessary also to pay off debts from his predecessor. Evaluation criteria management companies can be quite different: for example, the rankings in Russia they are alone, and we have ours. In particular, we will have to consider the complaints of citizens. We know more who complain, will work with them, or they will have to change its position, or give up," said Michael Zastela.

To answer the question, there is at least one exemplary management company, Chairman of the Regional centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT could not, explaining that it is always bad to distinguish from the total number much easier.

"In Naberezhnye Chelny there are management companies that the problems of the national level create. A few years ago there was a story when two executives of the management company received the real time. But to be fair, I have to say that because a lot depends on what the condition of the housing Fund went to the company. We are now trying to build ratings and are looking for ways in order to create a system of assessment of management companies", concluded Zastela.
