On behalf of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of Republic Tatarstan and from myself personally I congratulate You on National Unity Day and Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan!

 There's no doubt that we've found ourselves as united nation. These holidays serve the unity and unification of the people, contribute to the overcoming of individualism, development of a sense of duty and sense of responsibility of people to society.

The tradition of unity and civic solidarity – the basis of our society and the state. Only together, all together we can implement projects, which for many years will serve the people, to change the life of Russia, Republic of Tatarstan, and its inhabitants for the better and will open new prospects for development.

 The national unity day and Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan are not the past they are the present and the near future. And each of us depends on whether this will be a future great.

These holidays today are designed to unite people of different generations, Nations and ethnic groups, social strata and religions, peace workers and soldiers in the name of freedom, independent development and prosperity of the Motherland.
