Research project of the Association of innovative regions of Russia

The Association of innovative regions of Russia initiates a research project aimed at analysing best practices of talent management regions of Russia. The study will be attended by the heads of the responsible regional personnel policy.

The study participants will be interviewed and fill in a questionnaire, which will identify best practices in the field of personnel management in the regional authorities.

Preliminary results will be presented within the Gaidar forum 2017 (January 12-14, 2017). The study will be drawn up an analytical report.

Association of innovative regions of Russia (AIRR) is an Association of subjects of the Russian Federation, formed to support and promote innovative economic, scientific-technical and educational projects.

AIRR was created with the support of Ministry of economic development, RUSNANO, the Russian Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation (Ranepa).

The goal of the Association is to facilitate the effective development of innovative regional parties, built on the recognition of the existing different models of scientific and technological growth. This resource will be used for testing the state mechanisms for regional support.

Currently, the ASSOCIATION includes the Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of Tatarstan, Altai Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Perm Krai, Irkutsk oblast, Kaluga oblast, Lipetsk oblast, Novosibirsk oblast, Samara oblast, Tomsk oblast, Tyumen oblast, Ulyanovsk oblast.
