Last year the volume of investments of citizens in the shared construction amounted to more than 2.8 trillion. Currently, the Ministry of construction of Russia is working on creation of the state compensation Fund of shared construction. "To ensure the effective solution of tasks assigned to the Fund, prepared additional amendments to legislation including granting the Fund powers of the liquidator in the bankruptcy of the developer if the developer has made contributions to the compensation Fund. The bill will be soon submitted to the Duma, asking him to support", - said Mikhail Men.

In his speech, the Minister focused on the development of public-private partnerships in the housing sector. According to him, now concluded 1217 concessions with the volume of investment obligations on them 171.8 billion rubles. "In regions where work concessions, a decrease of accidents in heat supply by 47%, water 21%, and losses reduced by 18% and 14% respectively", - said Mikhail Men.
