The market of professional managers may appear in Russia

In Russia may be introduced the Institute of professional managers – managers who will hire to the management of apartment buildings. A bill amending the Housing Code of the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of construction of Russia. This was announced on December 1st in the framework of the V all-Russian conference "Development of public control in housing and communal services of the Russian Federation" by the Deputy Minister Andrey Chibis.

Under the bill, owners may be eligible for a General meeting of tenants to decide on the hiring of contract workers responsible for the stewardship and delegation of authority the Chairman of the Association of owners of housing (or housing cooperative).

"Today, many owners are willing to manage their home, but often they are afraid of a significant amount of "current" and paperwork – as a rule, it takes a lot of time and requires special knowledge. The opportunity to entrust part of the functions to a hired Manager will help change the landscape of the market for housing management, increasing the activity of the owners and making it more attractive for young professionals, and to improve the quality and efficiency of management of apartment houses", - commented Andrey Chibis.
