Tatarstan completed the overhaul of 831 apartment building

Inspectorate of construction supervision and inspection work since the beginning of the year held 1 478 thousand checks, the results of which issued 481 resolution in the amount of 18 million 216 thousand roubles. This was announced today at a Republican meeting at Tatarstan Government House first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov. The meeting in format of video conference with all municipal regions held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Alexey Frolov said that the program of capital repairs of apartment houses completed on 831 the house of 876, of which housing inspection accepted in 536 houses. At the beginning of December the builders mastered 98% of the allocated funds – 4,636 billion.

On objects of capital repairs of apartment buildings with Control held 3 thousand 666 surveys in 41 municipalities. Eight of them revealed 34 violations of the safety regulations.

The speaker noted that today in the Republic completed all 9 programs of capital repair projects, four programs of the Fund of gasification, as well as all the programs implemented by the Ministry of agriculture and food of RT.

According to the program of improvement of water protection zones delivered 19 units of the 21. Work is continuing in Spassky area (embankment of the river Volga) and in Kazan (the Kaban lake).

In the framework of the program "Accessible environment" 46 objects (schools, hospitals, cultural institutions, sports facilities, etc.) were adapted for the needs of disabled and other people with limited mobility. 

Turning to the management of municipalities Rustam Minnikhanov urged not to delay the delivery of the reporting documentation. "Documents should be in order. The object was finished – just gave the acts of acceptance of the executed works", - he stressed.
