08.12.2016 in Bugulma city Prosecutor's office held a meeting of the working group on rule of law in the field of public relations in the housing and utilities sector under the chairmanship of the Prosecutor of the city of Bugulma Kuzmin Vladimir, with the participation of representatives of the police, NEB, and also representatives of management companies and TSZH.

At this meeting they discussed a wide range of housing and communal activities of the city. The most discussed at the meeting questions were questions for the debts of the population to resource-supplying organisations, as well as violations in the sphere of housing and communal services and measures for their elimination.

On issues of violations and measures taken for elimination in 2016 with the report has acted the head of Bugulma zonal housing inspection Galiev R. M.
