4 new set of information modeling in construction established

In 2016, 4 new set of rules in the field of information modeling in construction established, defining the General principles on the use of these technologies. The sets of rules presented by the developer - research center of Construction to the FAA "DSF" for examination.

Developed standards will regulate the requirements and rules for the exchange of data (interoperability) in the design process, construction and operation of buildings and structures, requirements to the components of information models of objects under construction, to software interfaces for data exchange, the volume and content of the information communicated, the levels of geometric and attribute elaboration components of information models of buildings and structures.

For determining the normalized parameters of the developed sets of rules by experts were carried out research work on the study of the techniques of information modeling, including analyses of advanced Russian and foreign scientific and regulatory development in the technology of information modeling of buildings and structures.

Plan for the future developments in the field of information technology, including the list of normative legal and technical documents subject to change and development, formed on the basis of the Ministry of construction in cooperation with the professional community the results of the design and review of project documentation, made with the use of information technology.
