According to Irek Faizullin, this year the number of accidents in the construction industry were reduced by 30%. The Inspectorate of state construction supervision of RT and the State labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 held 1 685 thousand checks. Total 523 rendered resolution on administrative liability in the amount of 19.4 million rubles.

The Republic continues preventive work for labour protection. In 2016, was held events such as the detour of objects under construction, a competition for labor protection, meetings of coordination councils in municipalities for the construction sector, training of managers and specialists of construction organizations in the basics of safety, etc.

The Minister reported that according to the social mortgage program all work is performed in full. Only 599 homes built on 8 thousand 472 of the apartment.

In 2016 celebrated a housewarming of 407 veterans of the great Patriotic war. Also provided by the housing 311 of orphans.

In the framework of investment programs for the construction of housing put into operation 100 apartment houses for 15 thousand 300 apartments. In addition, completed the construction of 9 thousand 56 houses.

Separately, the head of the Ministry of construction stopped on the subject of shared construction. So, for 2016 failed to pass the 6 objects of concern, in the new apartments inhabited 1 thousand 97 shareholders.

On December 30, 2016 to be completed six national programs for the construction of: "Rural clubs", "Modernization of primary medical aid in RT", "Construction of district veterinary offices and renovation of the veterinary associations and departments of agriculture", "Universal Playground", "Administrative and residential complexes for local police officers", "the Construction of rental housing."
