Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the project "School literate consumer" to everyone free of charge conducts training seminars.

The main objectives of the events are informing citizens on the issues of effective management of apartment buildings and activities on energy saving and improving energy efficiency in residential buildings.
