Vologda adopt Tatarstan experience

On the basis of the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Department of operation and implementation of the programmes of the Ministry of construction, housing and communal services of RT Ildus Nasyrov met with a delegation of the city administration Vologda, headed by the first Deputy Mayor of the city of Vologda Sergey Voropanov. The subject of the discussion was the exchange of experience in the construction of schools under the programme "promotion of the establishment in the subjects of the Russian Federation of new places in educational institutions" for 2016-2025.

The event was also attended by the head of Department of architecture and urban planning of the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan Guzel Zagidullin, head of the Department of construction of social-cultural objects of the Ministry of construction Dmitry Esakov, first Deputy head of Department of capital construction and reconstruction of Kazan Dmitry Makarov, head of Department of technical supervision for capital construction and repair of objects of education the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ajrat Harisov, as well as representatives of departments of state clients and designers.

Representatives of the Vologda administration was interested in organizational and technological process of construction of the innovative school at 1224 place (on the website of the Ministry of the Russian Federation hosted the project of a new school at 1224 place, which can be seen in Almetyevsk in Tatarstan). The total area of which is equal to about 16 thousand sq. m., and the number of classes is 51. The project envisages optimal zoning: conference hall for 540 seats, a dining room for 430 persons, a medical unit, dance and two sports halls and a swimming pool with two bowls. The adjacent area located to the various functional areas: sports, children, school activities, ensured accessibility for people with limited mobility.

This year, by September 1 it is planned to construct and put into operation two new schools in Kazan and one in Naberezhnye Chelny for this model project.

As noted Guzel Zagidullina, there is a practice in selection and appointment of the head of the educational institution before the start of construction. Thus, the future Director of the new school meets with its object in the course of construction works. This is very important because the Manager must know the nuances of your object and take them into account in future work.

Also at the meeting discussed the issue of collection of utility bills in the country, the implementation of programmes of capital repair of educational institutions and apartment buildings.
