President of Tatarstan said about the inadmissibility of the increased cost of utilities in Urussu after the transition to individual heating

In Tatarstan the program of capital repairs of apartment houses, work started on the 177 objects from 998 in 8 municipalities. This was announced today by Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a Republican meeting at the RT Government House.

The meeting was held in video conference format with all municipal regions of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by first Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin.

Head of the Ministry noted that as of 9 Feb overhaul is on 122 objects of education in 25 secondary and 7 special schools and 90 kindergartens.

In addition, repair work was started in 4 camps, 10 professional educational organizations, 33 cultural objects, 28 youth clubs, 25 buildings of councils of municipalities, 24 social service agencies RT and 8 municipal archives.

Irek Faizullin reminded about the new rules in the selection of contractors carrying out major repairs. This year the facilities will be granted only to those companies that have a good reputation and three years experience in the construction market.

"The contractor needs to be flawless credit and tax history. I fully agree with this requirement. First and foremost, it is aimed at protecting property owners from unscrupulous builders" - supported the idea Rustam Minnikhanov.
