More than 2.5 billion rubles allocated in Tatarstan for the repair of schools and kindergartens

In Tatarstan in 2017, it is repaired 146 educational institutions. First Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov informed about it.

Allocated 2 billion 579 million 616 thousand roubles. Will be renovated 36 educational institutions – 29 municipal schools and seven special (correctional) schools and 110 pre-school educational institutions.

"First and foremost, in the General registry included a 30-year school. We have them turned out in the Republic and about 900 units in total number. In the framework of the program overhaul to completely renovate all the buildings was not possible, so initially it was decided to spend only six types of works which was financed from the budget of the subject. Other types of work were carried out at the expense of the local budget, at the expense of sponsors", – said Alexey Frolov.

Thanks to the support of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on the territory of the Republic since 2012 implemented a program of capital repair of educational objects, the lifetime of which exceeds 30 years. In the framework of this program are six types of work at the expense of the Republican budget. This repair of roof, replacement of Windows, repair of entrances, replacing toilets, repair engineering services repair and interior doors. Since 2013 runs eight types of work: added renovation of the facade and perimeter walks.

In accordance with the instructions of RT President in special schools undergoing a comprehensive renovation. In addition, the program provides funding from additional sources – from funds of municipalities and extrabudgetary funds (funds from sponsors and businesses). Through these tools the following additional types of work.

For five years, the program just renovated 778 educational institutions (673 municipal and 42 special schools, 63 kindergartens), the total financing amounted to 12 billion 473 million 309,74 thousand rubles. In 2012, the renovated schools 168 – 163 municipal and five special schools. In 2013 renovated 167 schools – 160 municipal and seven special schools. In 2014 renovated 159 schools – 151 municipal and eight correctional. In 2015, renovated 136 organizations: 119 municipal and seven special schools – a total of 126, ten kindergartens. Total funding amounted to 2 billion 579 million 630 thousand rubles. In 2016, the renovated, 148 organizations: 95 schools – 80 General and 15 special (correctional), 53 pre-school educational institution. Total funding amounted to 2 billion 614 million 654 thousand roubles.
