In the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on the program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. This was announced today at the Republican meeting in the Government House of  Tatarstan Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. The  video conference meeting held  with all municipal regions held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. Irek Faizullin reminded that the entire plan for resettlement of citizens from emergency housing includes 1 thousand 112  apartment houses in the settle area of 290, 41 thousand sq. m.Last week put into operation 2 houses 36 apartments with a total area of 1.6 thousand square meters in Aznakaevsky area. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection issued 143 resolutions totaling $ 3 million 758 thousand rubles. The self-regulating organization "Commonwealth of builders of Republic of Tatarstan" conducted 233 inspections of organizations. The head of Tatarstan Ministry of construction reported on the commissioning of housing: as of 1th of May 2017 in Tatarstan introduced 847,8 thousand square meters, which is 103,5 % to the corresponding period last year. In 2017 in the framework of the program of rental housing is planned to build 13 houses on 379 apartments with an area of 22.6 thousand sq. m. commissioned on 8 objects on 46 apartments with an area of 2.7 thousand square meters. Irek Faizullin also reported on the program of low-rise construction. Of the planned 8,800 houses commissioned 3 116 objects. According to the social mortgage program in statistics bodies received reports on 55 houses for 2 thousand 469 apartments, ranging 128,7 thousand sq. m. Of the 156 projects under construction programs in high degree of readiness, 66 properties have an average degree – 34, low of 56 objects.
