Irek Faizullin has met with the delegation from the Republic of Austria

At the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan in the framework of the visit the delegation of the Austrian-Russian friendship society of the Republic of Tatarstan was held meeting of Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin and the Secretary-General of the Austrian-Russian Friendship Society Florian Stermann.

The event was also attended by first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing Alexey Frolov, Deputy Minister Vladimir Kudryashov, Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, head of economic analysis and formation of state programs of the Ministry of construction of RT Airat Gallyamov, managing Director of the office of the Ministry of Danis Vildanov, CEO of Schindler in Russia Andrey Bykov.

"I am pleased to introduce today the investment and construction potential of Tatarstan. For the last five years, the country put into operation about 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing. In 2016, the plan for new housing exceeded even - handed over 2 million 406 thousand 471 sq. m. of housing. Our region now has a developed investment infrastructure, it and special economic zones, industrial parks, technology parks, engineering centers and business incubators. We are interested in attracting Austrian business and capital in Tatarstan, will be happy to expand mutually beneficial cooperation and ready to render assistance," said Irek Faizullin.

Along with traditional areas of cooperation, the sides discussed issues related to expanding cooperation in new areas, attract Austrian capital in the business through joint projects.
