Information on monitoring of construction resources prices

Federal Law No. 369-FZ of July 3, 2016 amended the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation in the field of estimated valuations, which provide for the mandatory application of estimated standards included in the federal register of estimates and construction resource prices estimates. In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2016 No. 959 "On the Federal State Information System for Building Pricing (FSIS BP)", the authority to establish and operate the FSIS BP is assigned to the FAU "Glavgosexpertiza Rossii". At the present time, the Ministry of Construction works on the preparation of information on enterprises engaged in the production of building materials, products, structures, equipment, machines and mechanisms on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the price provision indices to the Kazan branch of the FAU "Glavgosekspertiza Rossii".
