The project documentation will include requirements for energy efficiency

The Ministry of construction submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft resolution, which establishes requirements for project documentation to ensure compliance with the energy efficiency requirements of equipment of buildings and constructions metering devices of used energy resources. This July 20 at an expanded meeting on issues of improving the system of pricing in construction in Irkutsk, said the Deputy head of the Ministry of construction of Hamit Mavliyarov.

"The project documentation should be included lists of activities that will ensure compliance with the established requirements of power efficiency and requirements of equipment of buildings and constructions metering devices of used energy resources," said rude of Mavliarov.

As explained the Deputy Minister, the project documentation must now be added, which contains the rationale adopted by the architectural, functional-technological, constructive and technical solutions, used in power supply systems, water supply, gas supply, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning facilities, heat networks in industrial facilities.

In the sections of project documentation, containing information about the engineering equipment, on networks engineering-technical maintenance, additionally provides for the description of the locations of metering devices of used energy resources, devices gather and transmit data from such devices.

In addition, the project documentation should contain summary information about the consumption of energy resources and energy efficiency of object of capital construction; energy-using equipment, renewable energy, lists energy efficiency requirements, which the building, structure, and construction must comply with when commissioning and in operation, the locations of the metering devices of used energy resources, devices gather and transmit data from such devices.
