Ilshat Gimaev inspected the construction of investment residences
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Ilshat Gimaev, accompanied by the general director of OOO “ISK Varikus” Ayrat Nagimov, the deputy head of the Urban Planning Permits Department of the Kazan Executive Committee, Maxim Andreyanov and journalists, inspected the construction of investment residences in Kazan. According to the tenant builder, the residential complex "Vzletnaya Strana" will consist of two 10-storey carcass-monolithic houses, comprising 565 apartments with a total area of 32241 square meter, multi-storey parking for 399 cars and a two-level underground parking for 212 cars. House number 2, erected in the first phase, has 286 apartments, house number 1 - 279. Construction of parking is planned in the second stage. Providing residents of the complex with parking spaces will be above the average - 1,5 parking spaces for each apartment.
