The head of the Ministry of Construction of the RT reported on capital repair of schools, collection of payments for housing and communal services and preparation for the heating season

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Inspectorate (GZhI) conducted 2,990 surveys in 2017 on the objects of overhauling apartment buildings in 43 municipal districts, according to which 54 violations of safety technique in 17 districts were identified.  This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin held a meeting in the videoconference mode with all the municipal districts of the republic. Irek Fayzullin noted that all tasks related to the preparation of the republic's schools for the academic year and the completion of overhaul will be completed on time. As of August 24, overhaul of the resource centers (colleges) being created is being carried out at 7 objects out of 10. Three objects have been completed (Kazan, Aktanyshsky district and Naberezhnye Chelny). The Minister of Architecture, Construction and Housing of the RT reported on the collection of payments for housing and communal services in the republic. As of August 1, 2017according to the results of the work carried out by municipal cities and districts to ensure collection of household payments for housing and communal services, the collection rate of payments for July of this year was 108.5% (the collection rate for the same month last year was -103.1%) . For 7 months of the current year (January-July), the collection rate of payments was 98.8% (0.7% higher than the same period last year). He specified that 29 municipal districts ensured collection of payments 100% and higher, while 16 municipal districts ensured the collection below the average republican level.
