A general practitioner and pediatrician center of the city polyclinic No. 3 is being built in Almetyevsk.

The total area of the single-storey building is 395 sq.m. There are children's and adult departments. Each of them has a lobby with a waiting area, an admission and examination box, a reception, a doctor's office, a vaccination room, a treatment room, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a staff room. In addition, a wheelchair and a play area have been designed for the children's department. There will be a total of 31 rooms in the center.

The annual housing construction plan has been completed by 63%, which amounts to 2 million 62 thousand square meters.m. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The preschool was built in 1985, and it has never been renovated in 50 years. The two-storey building has two buildings with a total area of 1,485 square meters, it is designed for 110 children.
