According to the capital repair program, taking into account the additional limit, a list of 911 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities has been formed. Elevators will be replaced in 222 buildings, general construction works will be carried out in 677 houses, and both types of these works will be carried out in 11 houses. 

Major repairs of the Bilyar State Historical, Archaeological and Natural Museum-Reserve are being completed in the Alekseevsky district of Tatarstan.

The operational readiness of the facility is currently 87%.

The overhaul includes roofing, installation of a blind area, a basement, renovation of the entrance group and landscaping.

The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings continues in Tatarstan. At the moment, municipalities have submitted a preliminary list of houses for an additional limit, and work is underway to coordinate defective lists with the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic and form a program in the state information system for monitoring housing stock.

In Tatarstan, 213 facilities in the field of education will be overhauled. This was announced on Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Thus, 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and an extracurricular work center will be completely renovated in 23 municipalities. There are functional areas in 83 schools and food halls in 74 educational institutions.

Major repairs have been completed at the Kazan Cadet Boarding School named after Hero of the Soviet Union B. K. Kuznetsov.

The roof of the five-storey building with a total area of 5,575 square meters has been replaced, interior finishing works and ceiling installation have been carried out. The electric lighting system has also been repaired and technical equipment installed.

The work was carried out within the framework of the Republican program for the overhaul of state educational institutions in 2024.

986 houses have been included in the program for the overhaul repairing of housing for 2019 in Tatarstan, more than 5.5 billion rubles will be spent on it. According to the head of the fund, a short-term plan for the implementation of a regional program for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings was approved in Tatarstan. “In 2019, the implementation of the short-term plan should provide favorable living conditions for 219.1 thousand people in 986 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.8 million square meters," - said Aizatullin. “The total amount of funding for the short-term plan measures will be 5.5 billion rubles,” - he added. We inform that contributions for the repair of residential buildings in 2019 will remain at the same level. This year the amount was 5.85 rubles per 1 sq. meter per total floor space in an apartment building.

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported today at the republican meeting on the implementation of the overhaul program of the housing complex and socio-cultural facilities. Alexey Frolov said that today in Tatarstan, has been completed overhaul repairing in 831 apartment buildings out of 974 . Of these, 705 houses have been accepted by the housing inspectorate. The total volume of the program is 94%. As part of the overhaul repairing of educational institutions, the implementation of the program reaches 99.5%. On 88 sites works are completed .
