Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

A huge amount of work has been completed on major repairs of social and cultural facilities. This year, it was conducted within the framework of 34 republican, state and federal programs. Since the beginning of the year, 713 facilities worth about 15 billion rubles have been repaired. Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented such data at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The builders carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the cardiology department. In particular, finishing works were carried out, the internal engineering networks and ventilation system were updated, and a fire alarm system was installed. 

This year, the builders have renovated the facade of the school and finished the boiler room. Earlier, windows and doors were replaced here, and a complex of interior finishing and electrical work was carried out.

The three-storey school building with a total area of 2,574 square meters was built in 1978. A significant amount of work has been carried out here: the facade and roof, the entrance group, and the engineering and technical support networks have been repaired. 

In the three-storey building, the builders renovated the premises with a total area of 2,400 sq. m. The children's, diagnostic, surgical, inpatient, therapeutic departments and the operating unit have been updated here.

The programs of major repairs of social and cultural facilities implemented this year have been almost completely completed. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.

Major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan have been completed by 98%, and program activities have been fully completed in 33 municipalities. According to the republican program for the overhaul of sports facilities in Kazan, the sports and recreation complex "Rocket" has been completely renovated.

The three-storey building of the House of culture with a total area of 2088 square meters was built in 1968. As part of the program, engineering networks, facade and roof have been repaired here.
