Contractors have been identified for the overhaul of 466 apartment buildings

The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings continues in Tatarstan. At the moment, municipalities have submitted a preliminary list of houses for an additional limit, and work is underway to coordinate defective lists with the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic and form a program in the state information system for monitoring housing stock.

Within the scope of the volumes approved at the end of 2024, the Housing and Communal Services Fund continues to conduct electronic auctions. Contractors have been identified for the overhaul of 466 apartment buildings, 115 of them for the replacement of elevator equipment, and 351 for construction and installation work.
