Major repairs of the Bilyar State Historical, Archaeological and Natural Museum-Reserve are being completed in the Alekseevsky district of Tatarstan.
The operational readiness of the facility is currently 87%.
The overhaul includes roofing, installation of a blind area, a basement, renovation of the entrance group and landscaping.
Now the builders are completing the installation of the pavilion of the spring and stairs to the mountain, laying paving stones. The work on the repair of the fountain and the arrangement of the lower spring is also coming to an end.
The Bilyar State Historical, Archaeological and Natural Museum-Reserve was founded in 1992. Its total area is 2,424 hectares. The Bilyar Museum-Reserve includes historical, archaeological, historical and ethnographic museums, natural landscape and historical and cultural monuments, a cemetery with a chapel-crypt of the famous organic chemist A.M. Butlerov, the House Museum of Academician A.E. Arbuzov, the architectural and religious complex "Holy Key", as well as ancient settlements: Bilyarskoye, Balynguzskoye, Gorkinskoye and Mykolaiv-Baranskoye. The main fund of the museum currently totals 110 thousand. storage units. These are archaeological materials, monuments of decorative and applied arts and rural household items of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, photographic materials and documents.
