Construction of a boarding school for the elderly and disabled continues in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of Tatarstan. It will be a two-storey building with a basement, with a total area of 8,620 square meters. It has a capacity of 120 beds.
At the moment, the operational readiness of the facility is 40%. Specialists have started facade and roofing work. Installation of all engineering networks is also underway - water supply, sewerage, low-current networks and heating.
Construction of social and cultural facilities under national projects, state and republican programs continues in Tatarstan. The Federal Commission of the IV All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment summed up its results. Within the framework of the competition in 2021-2022, 160 projects will be implemented at once, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting. Among the winners are projects in Mendeleevsk, Tetyushi, Menzelinsk, Bugulma, Buinsk, Aznakaevo, Nurlat, Mamadysh. “The competition has been held for several years already. At least 80 winners were selected annually. This time, the government expanded the opportunities for participation in the competition for projects to create a comfortable urban environment. A special commission will select already 160 winners. The corresponding decree was signed. The main thing is that all the projects presented make small towns and historical settlements more convenient for people,” - Mikhail Mishustin said. The meeting of the federal commission, which summed up the results of the IV All-Russian competition, took place at the end of August. In total, 301 applications from 76 subjects were submitted for participation in the fourth competition. Of these, 160 projects became winners, thanks to a new government decree. In 2021-2022 more than 60 regions will receive subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of competitive objects. A list of all winners can be found here.
