Over 833 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of employment centers in Tatarstan under the national project "Personnel"

49 employment centers will be completely renovated in Tatarstan in 2025.

The list of major repairs includes employment centers in 44 municipalities of the republic. These are, for example, in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Bavlyakh, Buinsk, Zainsk, Leninogorsk, Chistopol, Mamadysh and others.

The work will be carried out under the federal program "Labor Market Management", which is part of the national project "Personnel". Government contracts are expected to be concluded in March.

In total, over 833 million rubles have been allocated for the renovation of 49 employment centers, including 175 million allocated by Tatarstan.

According to Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the renovated employment centers will have rooms equipped according to all technical requirements. "This will create comfortable conditions for employers to interact with applicants for sought-after specialties, provide targeted government support to the unemployed in obtaining additional education, and update professional skills," D. Shaidullin said.

It should be recalled that the national Cadres project is aimed at training personnel to meet the needs of employers through the coordinated work of educational institutions, companies and the state. The comprehensive modernization project will make it possible to update the entire network of employment service institutions in the country by 2029 – new recruitment centers "Work of Russia" will be opened.
