Construction of the new detention center building began in 2022. The facility is designed for a thousand people. The building area was almost 22 thousand square meters.

Four cultural facilities are under construction this year. All of them are included in the state program "Integrated Rural Development" with financing of over 977 thousand rubles. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The new health camp has four sleeping buildings with 30 beds each, a staff house, a club, a canteen, a medical unit, a warehouse and a checkpoint. 

Under the Social Mortgage program, a 179-apartment building was built in Naberezhnye Chelny, located on 55th Anniversary of KAMAZ Street. The facility has received an opinion on compliance with the requirements of the project documentation.

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of housing construction at a meeting at the Government House today.

Tatarstan maintains a steady pace of housing construction, consistently fulfills social obligations and develops mechanisms to increase housing affordability. This was stated today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on housing construction and social housing programs in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Baltach Arena ice Palace has been built in the village of Karelino, Baltasinsky district.

The indoor skating rink building is a single-storey building with a total area of 3386 square meters, where a 56X26 m playground with artificial ice is equipped. There are also locker rooms for athletes, showers, a medical center and a skating rental room. A modular boiler room has been built on the territory of the skating rink and parking spaces for cars have been equipped.

A solemn ceremony of laying the symbolic foundation stone for the construction of a new metalwork workshop on the territory of the ArsenalGidro LLC enterprise took place in Mamadysh.

Roads made of a gravel-sand mixture with a total length of 5.2 km appeared on five streets. 

The one-storey brick building with a total area of 347 square meters is designed for 100 people.
