This year, the movement of student labor groups of Tatarstan celebrates its 55th anniversary. The youth movement was born in 1963. Then the regional Komsomol committee issued a decree to send 200 students of the Kazan Institute of Civil Engineering to work in Kazakhstan. In 1966, the first meeting of student construction teams of Tatarstan took place, in 1967 the Tatar Republican headquarters of student construction teams was created. As part of the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the student detachments of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan encouraged veterans of the Student Construction Detachment of the FKS KAI "Sever" by the letters of gratitude, as well as students of the KGASU Ilmir Burkhanov (commander of the Alkor Student Construction Labor Unit), Bulat Nizamutdinov (Commander of the Kazan Student Labor Labor Detachment), Yevgeniya Gulyakova (master of the Kazan Student Labor Labor Detachment), for their active participation in the activities of the Student construction labor teams.

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate have conducted 1,400 inspections since the beginning of 2018. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 418 resolutions were issued totaling 16,508,000 rubles. Alexei Frolov said that as of December 7, 2 million 146 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 89.3% of the plan.  Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, brought these data today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The housing commissioning plan has been implemented in 17 municipalities. According to the plan of the current year, within the framework of the program of rental housing, it is planned to commission 149 residential buildings with 512 apartments. As of today, 117 houses have been commissioned in 7 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of World War II, the construction of 3 houses for 5 veterans continues. All facilities are in high degree of readiness.

Today, a solemn settlement took place in Innopolis, including 118 apartments with a total area of ​​5.9 thousand square meters. The construction investor is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ak Bars Engineering LLC acted as a technical customer, and PS BSC Ak Bars Stroy LLC acted as a contractor. Earlier, in the Innopolis, the adjacent 48-apartment house No. 136 on Sportivnaya Street was settled. By the end of the year it is planned to put into commission another rental house for 199 apartments. In addition, the city continues the construction of the sixth quarter, where three rental houses for 365 apartments will be located. Their technical readiness ranges from 45% to 54%.

Today, the Minister of construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin took part in the ceremony of settling a new apartment building, which was built under the social mortgage program. In the residential district "Severnyi" of the village Gabishevo of the Laishevsky district the apartment was given to the participants of the Republican social program as well as medical fellows and orphans. In his welcoming speech, Irek Fayzullin noted that the Republic of Tatarstan occupies a leading position in terms of housing commissioning and is included in the list of the most economically developed regions of the Russian Federation. "Over the past seven years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing have been introduced in the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, it is planned to build 2 million 403 thousand square meters of housing. Today commissioned 2 million 73 thousand sq. m. (86.3% of the plan), in line with the previous year (101% compared to last year)," - said the Minister.
