Superservice will provide an integrated approach to services provided on a single technological platform to participants in the process of building residential buildings on the principle of "one window" using the portal of Public Services.

In 2022, 65 healthcare facilities will be built and repaired in the Republic of Tatarstan for a total of 7.5 billion rubles according to federal, republican programs and non-program activities. This was announced today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

As of today, 1 million 494 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 54% of the annual plan. According to the social mortgage program, the plan is fulfilled by 66%. In the line of individual housing construction (IHS), the implementation of the plan is 56%: 6 thousand 930 houses have been commissioned. In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at 42.5%.

In the updated set of rules, the methodology for adjusting the calculations of natural and combined lighting will allow us to correctly take into account the impact on the natural lighting of premises, architectural elements of facades, including balconies and loggias, the configuration of non-rectangular rooms.
