Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin told reporters today about the results of the activities of the construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first half of 2022 at an off-site press conference.
The event was held in the park of the residential complex Svetly Dolina, the improvement of which is planned to be completed this year.
During the press conference, Marat Aizatullin spoke about the outstripping rates of housing commissioning in the republic and the growth of construction permits issued. “The plan for this year we have 2.8 million square meters of housing, and it has already been fulfilled by 79% – more than 2 million square meters. I am sure that by the end of the year we will not only fulfill this task, but also be able to bring the indicators up to last year's,” the minister said.
He also informed that in the first six months of 2022, the number of construction permits issued in Tatarstan increased 1.5 times compared to the same period in 2021. “Now there are about 140 of them compared to 88 permits in the first half of last year,” the minister said.
In addition, the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan elaborated on the topic of the implementation of federal and republican programs.
