Major repairs of common property in 129 apartment buildings are planned in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2022. 281 million rubles have been allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for repair work, 267 million rubles from the city budget, 843 million rubles will be the funds of homeowners. This was announced by the first deputy head of the executive committee Ilya Zuev.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing construction plan has been completed by almost 49%. In absolute numbers, this is 1 million 344 thousand square meters. Such data was presented today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

The next republican meeting on the issues of shared construction of investment housing in the current economic conditions and sanctions restrictions was held in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Alexander Tygin, First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on Urban Planning Policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, the National Association of Housing Developers, as well as republican developers, authorized banks and invited guests.

Three more houses were occupied in the residential complex "Sandugach" of the Kazan district "Salavat Kupere". A total of 288 families received the keys to the apartments.

The new settlers were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, employees of budgetary organizations and employees of enterprises, large and young families, medical workers — recipients of grants, as well as orphans.

Construction of a new water supply system with a water intake node has started today in Nurlat. The project is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment",

As the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev stated during a press tour, there is not a single object in the republic whose construction was stopped due to the lack of building materials. According to him, new production facilities are being launched in the republic. And the existing ones are loaded and working at a pace close to the design capacity.

Voting for public spaces of Tatarstan, which are to be improved in 2023, continues. More than 120 thousand residents of the republic have already taken part in it.

Recall that the All-Russian vote for parks, squares and courtyards takes place from April 15 to May 30. The novelty of this year's voting in Tatarstan is the opportunity for teenagers from the age of 14 to take part.
