The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan leads in the ranking of regions in terms of “digital maturity”

According to the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the results of the 1st quarter of 2022, according to the indicators of “Digital maturity” of the “Urban Environment Development” industry, occupies the 1st place in the rating of regions.

The assessment of the level of “digital maturity” includes 8 indicators. In Tatarstan, the share of general meetings of owners of premises in apartment buildings held by electronic voting out of the total number of general meetings of owners held was 61.68%. The share of services for the management of an apartment building and the maintenance of common property paid online is 70.80%, the share of utilities paid online is 68.20%.

The shares of management organizations, resource-supplying organizations that disclose information in full in GIS housing and communal services amounted to 100%. Also, the indicators of EDDS of municipal districts and urban districts connected to the unified system for monitoring incidents and accidents at housing and communal services facilities, and emergency housing stock entered in the digital register of emergency housing, reached values of 100%.

The criterion for evaluating urban residents over the age of 14 registered on specialized information resources on urban development in the republic was 84.91% in percentage ratio.
