The state Arctic development program

“Arctic Challenge” is launching in Russia, a large–scale federal-level program aimed at attracting highly qualified specialists and managers in various areas to the subjects of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

The project is supervised by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, JSC “Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic”, as well as the ANO “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects”.

About 200 vacancies have been opened in the regions of the Arctic zone in the fields of construction, energy, housing and communal services, medicine and others. The campaign to recruit qualified specialists has been launched in 44 localities in the Murmansk Region, Nenets, Chukotka, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs and other subjects of the Arctic zone.
