Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of republican programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities and national projects today at a weekly meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also took part in the meeting.
The reporting meeting of the Regional Branch Association of Employers "Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held today on the results of work in 2021 and tasks for 2022.

The portal is posted on the official website of the Federal state information system of pricing in construction (FGIS CA).
The digital construction assistance platform "I am building" is scaled in the Republic of Tatarstan in 44 municipal districts for 9 construction services:
- submission of a notice of planned construction;
- submission of a notice of completion of construction;
- assigning an address to an erected object;
- registration of ownership of the erected object;
- obtaining a town-planning plan of the site;
- obtaining a permit for commissioning;
- application for the conclusion of a gas supply contract;
- application for the conclusion of a contract for those.service;
- application for free gas connection to the boundaries of the land plot.
The design and survey work of the Spasskaya Tower of the Kazan Kremlin was discussed today at a visiting meeting with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
In 2022, it is planned to improve public spaces in 49 settlements of Tatarstan. In total, 67 objects will be implemented, 65 of them will be built, two will be designed.
"We are talking about advanced design. These are two complex water bodies. In March, new rules for connection (technological connection) of capital construction facilities to centralized hot and cold water supply and (or) drainage systems came into force. The rules contain a detailed connection procedure, as well as explanations of the concepts used.
The new rules significantly simplify and regulate in detail the connection procedure, shorten the time for connecting capital construction facilities to the specified engineering and technical support networks, and also establish a number of features of its implementation within the framework of the integrated development of the territory.
