The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, took part in a meeting on socio-economic support of the subjects of the Russian Federation via video link. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

In his speech, Rustam Minnikhanov voiced a number of proposals to mitigate the impact of restrictive measures on the construction industry and housing and communal services. Recall that the President of Tatarstan heads the commission of the State Council for Construction, Housing and Communal Services and the urban environment. The All-Russian competition "Leaders of the construction industry" is an open competition among representatives of the construction industry who have experience in government or commercial organizations of the construction sector in leadership positions at various levels.

A round table on the issues of shared-equity construction of commercial housing in the Republic of Tatarstan in the current economic conditions was held today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was chaired by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, it was attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ilya Wolfson, Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Alexander Tygin, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of developers of the Republic and banks.

On the eve of the Day of Public Service Workers and Housing and Communal Services, the Association "Regional Center for Public Control in the Field of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" will hold an "open day". The reception of citizens will be held on March 16 at Lobachevsky, 10B from 10:00 to 14:00.

To date, the implementation of the current year's plan for housing construction is 26 percent. During the working meeting, a number of issues related to the implementation of measures on the territory of Bolshoy Zelenodolsk were considered. In particular, the participants discussed the projects of planning and surveying the territory. Information was also provided on the course of designing the construction of a water supply system, gas supply networks and household sewerage in the territory adjacent to the Kazan-Zelenodolsk highway.

 Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev met with manufacturers of reinforced concrete products, ready-mixed concrete and mortars of the Republic.

The issues of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings using escrow accounts were discussed today at a visiting meeting of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, representatives of banks took part in the meeting together with deputies.

Two social housing houses in Almetyevsk for 285 and 56 apartments have successfully passed the final inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan and received conclusions on the compliance of the facility with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation. The houses are located within the boundaries of the streets of Motorists, Polevaya and Herzen.
