1 million 494 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

As of today, 1 million 494 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 54% of the annual plan. According to the social mortgage program, the plan is fulfilled by 66%. In the line of individual housing construction (IHS), the implementation of the plan is 56%: 6 thousand 930 houses have been commissioned. In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at 42.5%.

Such data was presented at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

In the republic, in accordance with the plan, the implementation of republican construction programs, housing provision, state programs and National projects continues.  Thus, as part of the implementation of housing programs for certain categories of citizens, 4 programs will be implemented with a total number of recipients of 680 families.

As part of providing 600 orphans with residential premises under employment contracts, 2 state contracts have been concluded between the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purchase of 179 residential premises. In addition, the state contract for 131 apartments is at the expense of the republican budget in Laishevsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky, Chistopolsky districts and in Naberezhnye Chelny.

According to the housing program for large families raising 5 or more children, all 25 certificates with a total area of 2 thousand 384 sq.m. were issued.

To provide housing for 50 young families, 93% of the total funding of the program has been brought to the municipalities.

As of today, 4 certificates out of 5 have been issued in the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims.
