The Ministry of Construction of Russia launches a digital superservice
The Ministry of Construction of Russia together with the Institute of Development DOM.RF. the roadmap for the implementation of the superservice "Digital construction of an individual residential building" was approved.
Superservice will provide an integrated approach to services provided on a single technological platform to participants in the process of building residential buildings on the principle of "one window" using the portal of Public Services.
The use of a superservice can reduce the time required to complete the necessary procedures for the construction of a private house, simplify the processes of interaction during construction, which ultimately will contribute to a fundamentally new development of the housing construction market in Russia.
Currently, on the website we Build.dom.rf there is an opportunity to use the basic functionality of the aggregator, namely personal recommendations for assistance in the construction of an individual house, a catalog of standard projects with the possibility of comparing them, a list of contractors, services for electronic interaction between the contractor and the bank.
The complex of measures for the development of the superservice will be implemented in stages until the end of 2023. In the near future, it is planned to launch a service for mortgage lending with state support measures, a catalog of resource-supplying organizations, cadastral engineers and suppliers of building materials, as well as a service for electronic interaction of the customer with other construction contractors.
