Construction and installation works have been started at 4 sites that won the competition of small towns and historical settlements

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan on the implementation of republican programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, it was also attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Thus, within the framework of the sports facilities construction program, work is underway on 6 indoor football arenas, 1 block-modular ski base. Work has started on 3 universal sports grounds.

In the republic, the construction of paramedic and obstetric stations is also underway (the implementation is 20%), 22% of the work is estimated at the construction sites of children's health camps.

The construction of the administrative building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Verkhneuslonsky" closed 22% of the total amount of work. The volume of construction of executive committee buildings has been completed by 33%.

The readiness of the reception and diagnostic department of the Chistopol Central District Hospital is 42%.

The Minister also reported on the progress of work on 105 objects included in 6 National projects. The largest block by the number of objects – the National Project "Housing and urban environment" - includes 27 objects of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment". As of today, construction and installation works have been completed by 12% of the planned volume. Work is underway at 20 sites.

Of the 6 winning sites of the competition of small towns and historical settlements, work has begun on 4 - in the cities of Agryz, Bavly, Arsk and Chistopol.

Within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water", the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat is underway (the volume has been completed by 15%).

Work is underway on the federal project "Ensuring sustainable reduction of uninhabitable housing stock" - 192 apartments with an area of 5,213 square meters, in which 444 people lived, have been resettled as part of the project.

The national project "Ecology" involves the construction of 2 strategic facilities for the municipal services of Kazan (included in the federal project "Improvement of the Volga"). This includes the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities, where construction and installation work has been completed by 31%, as well as the reclamation of silt fields - here the work is performed by 9%.

In addition, work is underway on the reclamation of the Samosyrov landfill - within the framework of the federal project "Clean Country". The performance of construction and installation works is 36%.

The national project "Healthcare" provides for the construction of 34 facilities in the republic (14% of the work is completed).

The National project "Culture" includes 5 construction sites, where 11% of the work has been completed. In particular, 2 objects are being reconstructed - the House of Culture in Buinsk and the Nizhnekamsk Theater for Young Spectators.

In addition, the implementation of 6 State programs continues in the republic. Thus, according to the program of integrated development of rural areas, the indicators are as follows: construction of 3 educational facilities and repair of the rural House of Culture construction and installation works are closed by 37%; the modernization of 5 facilities of engineering networks is 33%.

In terms of the implementation of the State Program "Development of the water management complex", construction and installation work on the repair of hydraulic structures has been closed by 9%. Of the 14 objects, 7 are in the work of contractors.

"The traditional republican sanitary and epidemiological two-month period, which started on April 1, is nearing completion," Marat Aizatullin said. - Its integral part is checks for compliance with environmental legislation by participants in the construction industry.  The Gosstroynadzor Inspectorate conducted 31 inspections, during which 24 violations of legislative norms were revealed. 16 legal entities and officials were brought to administrative responsibility, fines in the amount of 315 thousand rubles were imposed."
