By the end of this year, it is planned to put into operation 2 million 755 thousand. meters of housing, these are 148 houses of multi-apartment investment housing, 56 houses under the social mortgage program and 12,454 houses under individual housing construction.

This year, the republic will continue to implement republican programs and national projects in the framework of construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities, modernization of municipal infrastructure and housing construction. In 2022, the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat will start in the Republic of Tatarstan. The project will be implemented within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the new perinatal center in Kazan. The medical facility will be located on the basis of the maternity hospital of the city clinical hospital No. 7.

The perinatal center has 160 beds. Up to 8 thousand births will be delivered here every year. Assistance will be provided to pregnant women from Kazan and from the surrounding areas of the republic.
