The Ministry of Construction of Russia updated the set of rules with the requirements for calculating illumination
The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has organized the updating of SP 52 "Natural and artificial lighting". In the updated set of rules, the methodology for adjusting the calculations of natural and combined lighting will allow us to correctly take into account the impact on the natural lighting of premises, architectural elements of facades, including balconies and loggias, the configuration of non-rectangular rooms.
Also, in order to increase the illumination rate by 25%, along with an increase in energy consumption savings, provisions have been introduced for the use of LED technologies with increased energy efficiency requirements.
In addition, the document shows the norms of illumination pulsation for outdoor lighting of streets and roads with the possibility of using domestic outdoor lighting devices.
At the same time, restrictions on the use of LEDs for artificial lighting in the premises of social infrastructure facilities, including in medical organizations, have been lifted. Also, the requirements for dynamic lighting of premises were determined, the illumination standards of public and industrial premises were adjusted due to the use of effective light sources, requirements for the coefficient of operation of lighting devices with the function of constant luminous flux were introduced.
