Today, as part of a working trip to the city of Kukmor, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov opened a new sports complex "Bars Arena". The sports facility is intended for training and competitions in basketball, volleyball and mini-football. In addition, there is a wrestling and boxing room, as well as a gym. Up to 75 people can train in the sports complex at the same time. Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the residents of Kukmor on the opening of a new sports facility, noting that a lot of work is being done in the republic to popularize physical culture and sports. “Today the Kukmor region is one of the leading in the republic. The agro-industrial complex, industry, small and medium-sized businesses are developing, new housing is being built. At the same time, the necessary conditions for sports are being created. All these issues are being comprehensively resolved,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan added. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

In Tatarstan, the implementation of 5 republican capital repair programs has been completed: the buildings of the Agriculture and Food Administrations; institutions subordinate to the Veterinary Directorate; buildings (premises) of the Executive Committees (Councils) of settlements; dormitory buildings; subordinate buildings of the Ministry of Forestry. In total, these programs include 71 objects. Such data were announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Marat Aizatullin said that traditionally a lot of attention in the republic is paid to educational programs: these are 415 objects with a total limit of almost 3.5 billion rubles. Today, 90% of work in the industry is completed. The renovation program of educational institutions consists of 43 educational and correctional schools, 49 kindergartens, 116 functional areas, as well as providing “Accessible Environment” in 4 educational institutions. For kindergartens, the overall implementation is 90%. Out of 49 objects, 20 have been fully completed. 90% of 18 construction and installation projects have passed the milestone. On the repair of 32 secondary schools, 15 objects have been completed, 17 are in operation. The contractor completed 90% of the work on the reconstruction of the Sukharevskaya secondary school in the Nizhnekamsk region. The renovation of 4 correctional schools has been completed. Six schools are still being renovated, of which 74% of the Aktobe boarding school in Aznakayevsky district is completed. For 5 objects (4 in Naberezhnye Chelny and 1 in Kazan), implementation is at the level of 90%. The hot meals program in schools is fulfilled by 82%. Six out of 198 objects have been completed. The rest are in varying degrees of readiness. Under the program of overhaul of resource centers, the fulfillment is 80%. Out of 5 facilities, 1 facility has been completed; contractors now have 4 educational organizations. Under the program of overhaul of medical hospitals at 15 facilities that are now in operation, the volume is closed by 74%. 3 more objects have been completed.

Today, in the Kazan branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the summer stage of the Urban Contest of Newly Built Residential Complexes "TOP RC-2021" with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, the head of the National Association of Housing Developers in the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Zagitov. The solemn event is timed to Builder's Day. Residential complexes of the Republic received 6 awards at once from the TOP RC Urban Development Contest of Newly Built Residential Complexes. Thus, among the awardees, the "ART City" residential complex from the "Unistroy" company was awarded, which was recognized as the winner in the Best pedestrian street from the developer inside the residential complex nomination. In total, 23 applications were submitted for participation in this nomination, of which 15 from 12 regions of Russia were admitted for consideration by experts. In addition, the residential complexes of Tatarstan won another 5 second places: the residential complex "New Gorki" from the construction company "Gran" became the second in the nomination "The best project for integrated development of territories", the residential complex "Vesna" from the company "Unistroy" became the second immediately in two nominations "The best landscaping and landscape design of the territory of a residential complex" and "The developer's contribution to the improvement of the public green zone" the complex "KOMOS on Gubkina" from the developer "KOMOSSTROY" became the second in the nomination "The smartest house".

Today, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, a meeting of the republican headquarters was held to prepare for the heating period of 2021/2022. The meeting was held via videoconference with the participation of representatives of all municipalities of the republic, other ministries and departments, and industry organizations. During the work of the headquarters, the minister recalled the need to enter information on the progress of measures to prepare for the heating season in the information and analytical system "Monitoring of the housing stock". Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov, in turn, announced the readiness of municipal and engineering infrastructure facilities in the republic: "Today, 93% of water pumping stations, 92% of water intake facilities, 87% of boiler houses and 86% of water supply networks are ready." In addition, in accordance with the agenda of the meeting, the issue of preparation of special equipment, vehicles and railway sidings for work in winter conditions of the heating season was considered. At the end of the meeting, the headquarters members heard a report from the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the progress and state of local and departmental emergency recovery units of civil defense and emergency situations for readiness to liquidate emergencies at enterprises of the fuel and energy and housing and communal complexes in the heating period of 2021/2022.

Today, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, a meeting was held on the design and construction of engineering networks of the Laishevsky knot and the territory of Bolshoi Zelenodolsk. The participants of the working meeting discussed the issues of designing water supply, sewerage, gas supply and storm sewer networks on the territory of the Laishevsky node of the Bolshoi Zelenodolsk project. They also considered issues related to the development of social and transport infrastructure of the territory of the 1st stage of the project "Bolshoy Zelenodolsk". The meeting was attended by the head of the Zelenodolsk district Mikhail Afanasyev, the head of the Laishevsky district Ildus Zaripov, the deputy ministers of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev and Danis Vildanov, representatives of other ministries and departments, customer services and design organizations.

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to the Baltasinsky municipal district of the republic today. The head of the Baltasinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Ramil Nutfullin and the deputy director of the GISU Ilnur Kalimullin took part in the visiting meeting. During his working trip, Marat Aizatullin examined the branch of the Arsk vocational college in the village of Norma, where the reconstruction of the building is planned. After that, the minister got acquainted with the improvement of the second stage of the Salkyn Chishma embankment in the village Baltasi. Today, earthworks, paths and installation of small architectural forms are being completed at the facility. The area of ​​the improvement area is 6 thousand square meters. Recall that in 2021 in Tatarstan, within the framework of the federal program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" at the expense of the federal and republican budgets, it is planned to improve 49 public spaces. In addition, it is planned to implement 8 objects that won the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements.

On August 6, on the eve of the construction day, in the park of the State Museum of Fine Arts, a solemn awarding ceremony was held for the participants of the professional skill competition "The Best Estimator - 2021". An excursion to the State Museum of Fine Arts was held for those who wish. The award ceremony was conducted by Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the first time in Tatarstan, the competition for the title of the best estimator of the Republic was held in 2014. Over the years, the competition has gained all-Russian fame and popularity in the professional community. Since 2017, the event has received the status of an All-Russian competition. The competition is aimed at improving the efficiency of specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction. In 2021, the competition was held for the eighth time, and its importance is increasing every year, not only for beginners, but also for experienced experts. This year 43 contestants took part in it, including 55% of participants from the regions. According to the results of the competition, Alena Smolkova, the leading engineer for design and estimate work of "Ilim Group" JSC (Bratsk, Irkutsk Region), became the winner and the best estimator. She was awarded the "Best Estimator" gold badge. 2nd place went to - Engineer for design and estimate work, presenter - Tatiana Chaikina (Glazov, Udmurt Republic). The third place was rightfully shared by the leading engineer for design and estimate work of "Kazanorgsintez" PJSC Saniya Abdullina (Kazan) and the Chief Expert of the Chuvash Republic “Center for Expertise and Pricing in the Construction of the Chuvash Republic” of the Ministry of Construction of Chuvashia, Olga Vozyakova (Cheboksary.) The competition was carried out in three stages: testing of competitors, presentation of projects, and answers to oral questions of the expert commission. All participants received diplomas and gifts. In total, during the competition, 259 specialists took part in it.

Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the pace of housing construction in the republic and the implementation of republican programs for the construction of social facilities. Marat Aizatullin said that today the republic has built 1 million 596 thousand square meters of housing. This is more than 103% compared to last year. The annual plan for the construction of housing has been fulfilled by 60%. Commercial housing accounts for about half of the annual plan. The area of ​​77 apartment buildings commissioned to date is 531 thousand square meters - 42% of the plan. Of the 87 residential buildings under construction, 48 houses are in a high stage of readiness, the degree of readiness of 22 is characterized as average (30% -70%), less than a third of 17 houses are ready (up to 30%). 86 houses with an area of ​​107 thousand square meters were built under the social mortgage program. In total, by the end of the year, it is necessary to build 161 social houses of 280 thousand square meters. Another 42 houses are close to delivery. The fastest growing is the construction of individual housing. By the current date, the planned indicators have been fulfilled by 85%. 7 thousand 99 houses are ready. The Minister noted that 71% of the work on the construction of kindergartens has been completed. However, the construction of 9 objects is proceeding at an insufficient pace. Marat Aizatullin urged customers and heads of municipalities to pay close attention to this issue. The commissioning of the educational institution built in the Kazan residential complex “Art City” according to the federal project “Housing” is scheduled for August 25. The equipment was supplied to the school in full. The degree of readiness of the school for 1224 places, which is being built in the residential complex "Salavat Kupere" according to the federal project "Modern School", is 87%. The facility is planned to be commissioned by the Day of the Republic. The educational institution is currently accepting the equipment. In the republican part of the federal project "Housing" this year, 3 objects were laid. This is the reconstruction of treatment facilities at the object of the residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina" and the construction of water supply networks in the residential complex "Leto". All three facilities are located in Kazan.

A meeting of the republican headquarters on preparations for the heating period 2021/2022 was held today via video conferencing. At a working meeting chaired by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, issues of preparing the housing stock, organizations of the fuel and energy complex and heat supply facilities for the upcoming heating period were discussed. In his speech, he said that there is not much time left before the start of the heating period and it is necessary to mobilize all efforts to ensure a high-quality passage of the autumn-winter period. “So, today healthcare facilities are ready by 74%, cultural facilities are ready by 65%. Social protection facilities are ready by 61% and educational facilities by 46%,” - said Marat Aizatullin. Then Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov made a presentation. He said that readiness passports were issued for 12,797 apartment houses or 73% in relative terms. Centralized heat supply systems for apartment buildings have been prepared by 81%, in absolute terms, this is 9,816 apartment houses. 87% of ventilation ducts of in-house systems and 87% of ventilation ducts of in-house individual heating systems were checked. In addition, during the work of the headquarters, a report was heard by a representative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan on the readiness of life support systems of cultural institutions for the heating season. The event also discussed the issues of repayment of overdue debts by the organizations of the communal complex for the consumed natural gas. The minister urged to keep under constant control the preparation of the housing stock and socio-cultural facilities for the heating season. The meeting was attended by representatives of resource and industry organizations, departments and municipalities of the republic.
