In Yekaterinburg, from October 18 to 22, 2021, the largest industry event for specialists in pricing and estimated rationing in construction will be held - the All-Russian "Week of the estimator in the Urals", organized by the Siberian Interregional Training Center, together with the Institute of Cost Engineering and Construction Quality Control. Every year, the event is attended by experts in the field of pricing and estimated rationing from all regions of Russia. As part of the V Annual "Week of the estimator in the Urals", experts will present programs related to changes in legislation, examination of estimate documentation, determination of the estimated cost of repair and construction work. During the event, specialists will pay attention to practical examples and the main mistakes in the preparation of estimates for certain types of work, and listeners will have the opportunity to receive individual advice from specialists.
Today, on Children's Day, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the renewed "Vostok" children's camp in Kazan. He was accompanied by Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Fattakhov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. The camp was built in 1969. Over a half-century history, more than 30 thousand children and adolescents have rested here. In 2020, Vostok was completely reconstructed. 7 modern buildings were built, on the facade of each portrait of prominent cosmonauts are depicted. After a major overhaul, the camp's throughput capacity increased to 200 people per shift. This year the camp will host 4 shifts. The first one started today. Rustam Minnikhanov examined the territory of the renewed camp: he visited dormitories, sports grounds, a canteen, a club and a first-aid post.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing commissioning plan has been fulfilled by 43%. Compared to the same period last year, the pace of housing construction is outstripping. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. In general, in 2021, the republic plans to commission 2.670 million square meters of housing, and today 1.158 million square meters (or 43%) have been built. In terms of multi-apartment investment housing, it is planned to commission 1 million 265 thousand meters, or 164 apartment buildings, are commercial buildings. At the same time, 27% of the plan (or 61 apartment buildings with an area of 342,745 thousand square meters) have been built. Social mortgages account for about 10% of the annual housing construction plan: these are 161 houses with 280 thousand square meters of total area. 56 houses, or 87 thousand square meters, are already ready. 61 community houses are in a high degree of readiness (70% and more). In terms of individual residential development, the plan was fulfilled by almost 65%: 5,395 houses were commissioned, while the plan is 8,330 individual residential buildings. In the Republic, 9 universal sports grounds are also being built (the scope of work is closed by 19%) and 4 indoor football arenas with a frame tent covering and an administrative building (Almetyevsky, Bugulminsky, Zainsky, Chistopolsky districts). Under the program for the construction of children's health camps, 3 out of 6 camps have been contracted. Here, work is still at the start - 7.5% of the plan (dynamics for 2 weeks - 5.33%).
The start of accepting applications for the All-Russian open competition for the development of standard projects of individual and multi-apartment low-rise residential buildings, as well as social and cultural facilities, is scheduled for the end of June 2021. The competition is held on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Association of Wooden Housing Construction in conjunction with the Dom.RF Foundation. The rate of commissioning of individual housing construction continues to grow. Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin has repeatedly noted the importance of increasing the pace of construction of individual housing construction. Russian companies selected based on the results of portfolio analysis will be able to take part in the competition for the development of standard projects for individual housing construction. One of the conditions for participation is the development of projects based on the Standard for the Integrated Development of Territories. More than 80 organizations will be selected for participation, which will develop projects in 4 nominations: individual residential buildings, blocked residential buildings, as well as low-rise apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities (kindergartens, schools, paramedics and obstetric centers) using wooden carriers building structures. In the fall of 2021, the jury will select 40 winning projects, the authors of which will develop the design and estimate documentation. The projects will undergo state expertise and will be included in the register of cost-effective design documentation for reuse by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The development of documentation will be carried out on the land plots of DOM.RF and will be completed no later than March 2022. The prize fund of the competition will be 60 million rubles.
The tendencies in the development of the production and use of facing bricks in the building complex were discussed today by the participants in the meeting of the section of the Scientific and Technical Council for the Development of the Building Complex and the Building Materials Industry. Opening the meeting, Ilshat Gimaev said that the share of the construction industry in the structure of the republic's economy is about 8%. At the end of 2020, the volume of contract work amounted to 356 billion rubles. In the region, including 17 factories for the production of ceramic bricks with a total capacity of about 553 million pieces of conventional bricks per year and 3 factories for the production of sand-lime bricks with a total capacity of 347 million pieces of conventional bricks per year. The total capacity of all existing building brick factories is about 900 million units of conventional bricks per year. More than 1,800 people work at the manufacturing enterprises of this type of product. The deputy minister said that a lot of work has been done in the republic to study the experience of various brick production technologies: "For the further development of the brick industry, a new impetus is needed in the form of expanding the range and assortment, color range and its application in facade solutions".
During a working visit to Nizhnekamsk, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony of commissioning catalytic cracking units, hydrogen and oil production, and also visited a new production of divinyl-washing synthetic rubber at "Nizhnekamskneftekhim". During the construction of new units, "TATNEFT" provided orders for factories in almost twenty cities of Russia - in Kazan, Bugulma, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Izhevsk, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Taganrog, etc. The equipment used is 95% of domestic production. The total investment in three new production facilities exceeded 31 billion rubles. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that today "Taneco" continues to develop high-tech projects. “We are launching three new production facilities for 31 billion rubles. These are huge investment projects that will significantly improve the economy of the "Taneco" complex. In 2010, we opened the first installation. After that, a lot has been done. Today "Taneco" is the most modern world-class plant. This is a huge work of the "TATNEFT" team, builders, designers, scientists, technologists,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Alyashev also took part in the working trip of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to Nizhnekamsk.

The awards ceremony took place on May 23 in Detroit, according to the project developers. White Flowers received an honorary prize in the Space Planning category. “The project is both culturally and ecologically sound, thought out functionally for different groups of residents. When a park appeared instead of a parking lot, new initiatives and additional investments came, including private ones, because the design process was open to everyone and allowed people to turn on,” - the jury members explained their decision.
The Ministry of Construction of Russia approved Amendments No. 2 to SR 17.13330.2017 “SNiP II-26-76 Roofs”. The established requirements are applicable for roofs in buildings for various purposes and in all climatic zones of the Russian Federation. The updated document also clarifies the requirements for roofing materials, for the parameters of the main structural units of metal roofing, for roofs made of piece materials, corrugated sheets and corrugated sheet profiles, to the design of metal folded roofs. The requirements for the rules for the installation of drainage funnels, the location of the internal drainage funnels and the rules for the arrangement of drainpipes for the external drainage system have been clarified. The updated version of the document comes into force on June 30, 2021.

Leading ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the scientific, expert and business communities will take part in the Seminar. At the Seminar, explanations will be given on urban planning in 2021, digital transformation of urban planning activities, integrated development of territories, land and property relations and the prospects for the development of legislation.
