Two kindergartens with a capacity of 260 seats each were opened in the Salavat Kupere residential area. One of them will focus on the development of the social experience of children in bionics, and the second will focus on the development of the sports potential of each child. In preschool institutions, there are nursery groups for children aged 1.5 to 3 years.

The kindergarten № 45 “Tiktormas” at 7a Ilgam Shakirov Avenue was built as part of the “Demography” national project. The preschool is designed for 260 seats. To date, 160 children enrolled here. The kindergarten has its own unique feature –it will focus on development of the sports potential of each child. For children, there are climbing walls and a small football pitch in the recreation areas.

The coaches of the Russian sports complex “Ready for Work and Defense”, the Olympietz school of the Olympic reserve and others train sports skills of children.

Kindergarten №44 “Kerpe” was opened in Salavat Kupere at 6 Ilgam Shakirov Avenue. It is also designed for 260 children. The main focus of the preschool is the development of children's social experience in bionics.

In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021, the task is to commission at least 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing. Their total area is 1 million 200 thousand square meters. Out of the remaining 145 houses under construction, 43 houses have a high degree of readiness (70% -100%); 53 houses - average readiness (30% -70%); 49 houses are less than 30% ready (0% -30%). 913 houses were built as part of individual housing construction. In total, there are plans for this year - 8,330 houses. In general, by the current date, the housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 10.5%, the head of the RT Ministry of Construction said. Marat Aizatullin also said that housing in the republic is being built in accordance with the construction plan until 2030. The meeting of the interdepartmental commission on urban planning activities in the historical settlements of Kazan was held today by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Rustam Minnikhanov drew attention to the fact that the development of the Staro-Tatar settlement will create a comfortable space for the citizens and significantly increase the tourist flow. “It is imperative to bring this work to its logical conclusion. This is one of the most valuable and beautiful places in our capital. There are many valuable historical sites there. They need to be preserved,” - the President of Tatarstan stressed out. Then Rustam Minnikhanov was presented a project of a multifunctional shopping center in the "Art City" residential complex with the reconstruction of a historically valuable town-forming object. It is assumed that the facade of the reconstructed historical object will be integrated into the project of the shopping center. The object will be located on the first line of Ershov st.. It is planned to equip the Walk of Fame near the complex. Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to carefully study the presented options, take into account the comments of the commission members and finalize the project.

The first point of inspection was the construction site of the new student dormitory of the Kazan State Power Engineering University. The formation of republican programs for 2021 continues in Tatarstan. In total, 44 will be implemented. This was announced today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The meeting via videoconference was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. In 2021, it is planned to build at least 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing in the republic. As of the current date, 241.5 thousand square meters or 9% of the plan have been commissioned. The minister said that social mortgage accounts for more than 10% of the total volume of housing construction. Within the framework of this program, in 2021 it is planned to commission 280 thousand square meters - 161 houses for 5 thousand 159 apartments. To date, 8 houses have been commissioned for 1 thousand 309 apartments - 25% of the plan. For the rest of the facilities, the situation is as follows: 75 community houses are in a high degree of readiness, 38 in an average degree, and 40 in a low degree. Commercial developers must commission 164 apartment buildings with an area of ​​more than 1 million 200 thousand square meters. As of January 28, 17 houses with an area of ​​81 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 6.4% of the plan. The readiness of the remaining 147 houses under construction: 40 houses have a high degree of readiness, 53 houses are average, 54 houses are less than 30% ready. Also, plans for 2021 include the construction of 8,330 individual residential buildings. By the current date, 651 houses or 7.8% of the plan have been commissioned.
