The implementation of programs for the development of urban areas is envisaged, which makes it possible to comprehensively renovate buildings with the involvement of extra-budgetary sources. When planning residential development, it is necessary to ensure not only connection to utilities but also synchronization with the creation of social, road, transport and business infrastructure. It is necessary to move from infill development and construction of individual residential complexes to the balanced development of agglomerations, to provide jobs for residents of new micro-districts near the house," - the President of Tatarstan emphasized.
