In honor of the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, solemn thematic events are planned in the Republic. Until June 22, 2021, you can take part in the annual all-Russian action "Red Carnation". To do this, you need to purchase paper or metal badges "Red Carnation" from volunteers, in partner chain stores, on Internet resources in order to raise funds for medical assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The second action is the "Immortal Regiment" online march, which will take place on May 9, 2021 at 15:00. To include photographs of veterans in the broadcast, you must submit an application on the site of the "Immortal Regiment"  project  2021.polkrf. ru/ by May 7, 2021, via social networks VK (vk.com/polk_app), Odnoklassniki (ok.ru/app/polk) or on the website "Memory Bank" (sber9may.ru/).

The commissioned apartment buildings, which were previously long-term construction, were visited today in Kazan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Thus, the first was multi-apartment residential buildings on Zur Uram street (houses of the residential complex "MChS"). As of today, the residential building "MChS" No. 2 has been commissioned (these are 522 apartments, as well as storage rooms, parking lots). The completion of construction was carried out under the federal program to support equity holders within the framework of agreements concluded with the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction. The construction was financed both from the funds of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. Then Marat Khusnullin and Rustam Minnikhanov examined an apartment building at 57 Dostoevskogo Street (contracted by the "BRIZ" group of companies). This facility in Kazan is one of the oldest long-term construction projects in the republic. Construction work is carried out by the contracting organization "Sadaka" (part of the group of companies "BRIZ"). Financing of work to complete the construction of a residential building on Dostoevsky street is carried out both at the expense of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. In a multi-storey building on Dostoevsky street, Rustam Minnikhanov and Marat Khusnullin also examined the apartments and assessed the quality of construction. This facility will be commissioned shortly.

45,888 Tatarstan residents have already taken part in the voting on the choice of courtyards and public spaces for improvement in 2022. Voting started on April 26 on the Tatarstan State Services Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru and in the RT Services mobile application. For the first four days of voting, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Bugulminsky, Nizhnekamsky, Almetyevsky districts of Tatarstan entered the top 5 most active municipalities. The public spaces that received the most votes in each district will be landscaped according to the federal program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment", and when choosing courtyards in municipalities, the activity of residents and the number of people living in adjacent apartment buildings will be taken into account. Voting for amenities in 2022 will last for exactly one month - until May 30. Each user can take part in the voting only once.

On the eve of the celebration of the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, students of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering took part in the International educational and patriotic action "Victory Dictation". Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. “Victory Day is a special holiday. It will always remind us at what cost the world on earth was won. In our hearts, gratitude to all the participants in the Great Patriotic War will live forever. And our duty is to preserve the historical memory of their exploits,” - said the Deputy Minister. During the action, participants answered questions about significant dates, events, historical figures. We remind you that the action is held with the aim of increasing the historical literacy and patriotic education of young people.

Today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held with representatives of the research and production company "TermoElektrika". The event was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, representatives of customer services, construction and design organizations also took part in it. During the meeting, the participants discussed issues and proposals related to improving the level of fire safety at the facilities. The main speaker was Alexey Lesiv, General Director of "TermoElektrika" LLC. He talked about technologies that can detect overheating of an electrical contact long before high temperatures start a fire. “A standard fire detector reports an incident when the incident has already occurred. Fire extinguishing systems are malfunctioning. Therefore, it is very important to prevent a fire, to eliminate its causes before the fire starts,” - he said.

The parties discussed the points of intersection of interests and the possibility of further interaction in a number of areas.

In the 2020-2021 season, 1,346 residential complexes took part in 161 nominations of the competition. The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and awardees of the largest prize in the country in the field of housing construction was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The awards were presented by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. "SMU-88", "Ak Bars Dom", "Gran", "Sadovoe Koltso", "Domkor", "Unistroy", "Talan", "Profit", "Eurostyle", "TatKamStroy" were awarded diplomas of various degrees. Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev thanked all builders for their great contribution to improving the quality of life of Tatarstan people and for the development of the republic as a whole. Recall that the TOP RC award is the largest competition in Russia for new-build residential complexes, which has been held since 2019. In the 2020-2021 season, 1,346 residential complexes, which are being built by 675 developers from 75 regions of Russia, took part in 161 nominations of the competition. According to the results of the qualifying round, 643 new buildings from 419 developers entered the final part of the competition.

The voting mechanism is as follows: on the main page of the Portal of State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, click the banner about the survey or follow the direct link to the site gorodsreda.tatar.ru; then - login through the existing account of the Portal of State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan or go through a quick registration by phone number and start voting. It is necessary to select a municipal area and then a park for improvement in 2022. In the mobile application "RT Services" voting takes place in the section "Polls of residents". Important: before voting in the mobile application, it must be updated (if there is no auto-update function). As soon as this stage is passed, it will be possible to vote for the courtyards (you also need to select the area and then enter the street and house number in the search box and select the courtyard), as well as determine the priorities for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of coastal zones of the Kazanka River. We are talking about five parks that will be designed this year - "Gardens at Kazanka", "Manzara", "Russian-German Switzerland", "Sports Park" and "Savinovsky Park". In total, within the framework of the Development Strategy of the Kazanka River, it is planned to create 12 coastal parks.

The Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally the leader among the regions of the Volga Federal District (VFD) in terms of the annual volume of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. In 2021, 948 apartment buildings are included in the program passport. According to the system "Monitoring of the housing stock (MHS)" on April 24, work was completed in the amount of 735 million rubles. Such data were presented today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov. The program of overhaul and reconstruction of educational institutions includes 213 objects. These are 148 schools, 53 kindergartens and 12 correctional schools. The dynamics at the facilities are as follows. Overhaul completed in two schools. Work is underway in 19 educational institutions. The overall implementation of construction and installation works is 39%. The overhaul of 1 correctional school has been completed, and another one is being actively repaired. This year 27 kindergartens are being overhauled. Work has been completed on three of them, 18 are currently being repaired. Under the program of an overhaul of municipal archives, out of 9 objects, 2 have been completed. Construction and installation works are actively underway at 6 objects, their implementation has reached 36%. The program "Provision of the population with drinking water" in 2021 affects all 45 municipalities. There are 127 properties in total. Work under this program has begun in 18 municipalities.
