I am sure that we will cope with the tasks set and they will be fully fulfilled,” Marat Aizatullin emphasized. In 2021, it is planned to implement 44 republican construction and overhaul programs. The implementation of the large-scale republican program "Our yard" will continue. The issue of defrauded equity holders must be fully resolved. Today the construction of 10 problem houses has been resumed, including within the framework of agreements concluded with the DOM.RF Foundation".

The scientific and educational centers "Technologies" and "Roads" of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (KSUAE) were visited this morning by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. According to the deputy minister, 88 developers are currently working in this area in the republic. The situation with shared construction is under the control of the republic's leadership.

All municipalities of the republic took part in the meeting via video conferencing. Speaking about the commissioning of housing, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that 44 houses are in a high degree of readiness (70% -100%), 68 houses are in an average degree of readiness (30% -70%), in a low degree of readiness (0% -30 %) - 86 houses. Under the social mortgage program, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan has preliminarily formed an investment program for 265 thousand square meters, or 139 houses for 4 thousand 966 apartments. In 2021, 41 municipalities (except for Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts) are participating in the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. The program includes 927 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5 million 223 thousand square meters. In 2020, the control and supervisory authorities regularly went out with checks to the facilities under construction. During the year there were more than 1.5 thousand of them. As a result, 141 resolutions were issued for a total amount of more than 6 million rubles.
