Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the progress of construction of a number of objects in Kazan. So, he inspected the construction of one of the long-term construction - an apartment building on Dostoevsky street, 57. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, construction work at the facility is nearing completion. It is expected that at the end of April the house will be put into operation, 245 citizens will receive the keys to their apartments. The next were apartment buildings on Zur Uram street (houses of the residential complex "MChS" -"Ministry of Emergency Situations"). The developer of the residential complex "MChS" was originally LLC "FON". In 2019, the developer LLC "FON" was declared bankrupt. In June 2020, the rights of the developer LLC "FON" were transferred to the Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens Participating in Shared Construction for three unfinished houses of the "MChS" Residential Complex. Construction and installation work was started. The contractor at the facility is LLC "SMK Ak Tash". The commissioning of the facility is planned for April 2021, after which the rights of 586 citizens will be restored. In addition, there are still 2 problematic facilities in the "MChS" RC, which are planned to be commissioned at the end of the 2nd quarter of 2021. After the commissioning of houses No. 3 and No. 4 of the residential complex "Ministry of Emergency Situations", the rights of 451 and 253 citizens, respectively, will be restored. Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and others.
