Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin examined the newly commissioned apartment building of the Residential Complex "MChS" in Kazan

The commissioned apartment buildings, which were previously long-term construction, were visited today in Kazan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Thus, the first was multi-apartment residential buildings on Zur Uram street (houses of the residential complex "MChS"). As of today, the residential building "MChS" No. 2 has been commissioned (these are 522 apartments, as well as storage rooms, parking lots). The completion of construction was carried out under the federal program to support equity holders within the framework of agreements concluded with the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction. The construction was financed both from the funds of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. Then Marat Khusnullin and Rustam Minnikhanov examined an apartment building at 57 Dostoevskogo Street (contracted by the "BRIZ" group of companies). This facility in Kazan is one of the oldest long-term construction projects in the republic. Construction work is carried out by the contracting organization "Sadaka" (part of the group of companies "BRIZ"). Financing of work to complete the construction of a residential building on Dostoevsky street is carried out both at the expense of the Republic of Tatarstan and from the federal budget. In a multi-storey building on Dostoevsky street, Rustam Minnikhanov and Marat Khusnullin also examined the apartments and assessed the quality of construction. This facility will be commissioned shortly.
