Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn opening of several sports facilities at once on the territory of the republic. So, in Kazan, the "Iskander" football and rugby arena on Chuikov street was solemnly opened. The "Maksat" football arena on Tankovaya street (Kazan), the "Impulse" sports complex (Buinsk), the "Tulpar" universal sports complex with a pool (Srednyaya Kamyshla village of the Nurlatsky municipal district), indoor swimming pool "Tamchy" (Muslyumovo village). President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We had a dream - to build indoor football arenas in Tatarstan so that children could play football all year round. Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny. During the visit, he assessed the results of the overhaul of the "Energetik" Palace of Culture. The repair of the oldest recreation center of the city started last spring. The builders renewed the roof, replaced outdated utilities, and repaired the concert hall. The building was also equipped with new stage equipment. Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the results of the repair work, examined the renovated premises of the Palace of Culture and talked with the employees of the institution. The Palace of Culture has an auditorium for 634 seats, a small hall for celebrations, an art salon for organizing master classes, domed and marble halls, as well as a spacious foyer for exhibitions and presentations.

At the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, a regular meeting of the Public Council was held under the chairmanship of the Minister's advisor Lenar Valeev. Another object was the Child Development Center - kindergarten N98 "Kaleidoscope" (Khimikov, 11). The design capacity of this preschool educational institution is 260 places. The facility was launched in October 2019. Rustam Minnikhanov today at the opening of the kindergarten thanked the developer company for the high-quality object, which was delivered on time. Today the President of Tatarstan inspected the football stadium "Neftekhimik" (30 Let Pobedy Street) after major repairs. There are heating and automatic irrigation of an artificial field, 4 lighting masts and an electronic display. The stands for fans and spectators were also replaced, a fan zone, playgrounds and a parking lot appeared. During the reconstruction, people with disabilities were taken care of - special ramps were installed for them.

Three objects at once became the center of attention of the Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. On Monday, Farit Khanifov paid an official visit to our city. He, accompanied by Rustem Nuriev, took part in the opening ceremony of the rural house of culture in the village Bekhterevo, the city pier, and also examined Yelabuga courtyard after a major transformation. The minister's visit began with an inspection of the courtyard at 23 Neftyanikov Avenue, which was being improved according to the republican program "Our Courtyard". Farit Khanifov appreciated the work of the builders and talked to the residents. Then honorable guests went to the city pier, where, in a solemn atmosphere, the minister was presented with a place where ships with tourists now have the opportunity to dock. The final point of the visit was  Bekhterevo village. Here today, after major repairs, a rural house of culture was solemnly opened. At the opening ceremony, Farit Khanifov presented letters of gratitude to builders and contractors.

Today, on September 7, in Yelabuga, a new 81-apartment residential building built according to the republican program of social mortgage and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" received the conclusion of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for the energy resources used. Soon 81 families will receive the long-awaited keys to their own apartments. The total area of ​​the 10-storey residential building was 5418.9 square meters. The building is located along Avtomobilistov Street. The developer of the facility is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, today visited one of the courtyards of the apartment building, landscaped according to the program "Our Yard" in Almetyevsk. The yard is located on Shevchenko Street. As part of the improvement, the asphalt-concrete pavement of the existing roadway and sidewalks was repaired, benches, litter bins, a sports complex, and a children's playground were installed. Green spaces are preserved as much as possible and are included in the planning solution. Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that 52 yards will be landscaped in the Almetyevsk region this year under the program "Our Yard".

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, it is planned to repair 1,066 houses with a total area of ​​6.5 million square meters in 41 municipal districts (except for Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts). The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that the overhaul of educational facilities has not been completed at 3 out of the planned 36. Overhaul of preschool institutions from 87 kindergartens has not been completed at 20 facilities in 9 municipal districts. Overhaul of correctional schools has been completed at all 3 facilities. Farit Khanifov further said that the republic continues a program of an overhaul of warm toilets in general education organizations. Overhaul of resource centers has been completed at 8 out of 9 sites. Overhaul of educational buildings and dormitories is planned, work is underway at all 3 sites.
